Refund Policy
Only in the event that the material has one or more editorial errors that prevent reading; In all orders with destination within the Mexican Republic there is replacement.
In all orders with destination outside the Mexican Republic for reasons of logistics and costs, there is no return.
In order for a replacement to be completed, the client must be in charge of sending us the material by means of shipping or delivering it to one of the five branches managed by Distribuciones y Ediciones Colibrí (Any expense generated in this process must be assumed by the client).
Distribuciones y Ediciones Colibrí will then send and/or personally deliver the replacement. In the case of sending the replacement at home, Distribuciones y Ediciones Colibrí has the decision to send it individually or attach it to another order with the same destination and addressed to the same customer in process or about to be made.
